HANDICAPPED TRIPLES AND FOURS – 2023-24 SEASON
How to work out team handicaps.
The first file below explains the format of handicapped fours and triples championships. Please read this before entering. The further two files show how many games in each team players have played in Weekend and Midweek pennant. You will need this information in order to choose your teams for handicapped triples and fours. There is a column next to each name on the entry form for you to write in the team each member played most games in. The tournament manager will double check teams are within handicap limits so. If a sub is required please notify Tournament Manager Jackie MacKay, to check the sub is within the handicap limits for your team. All this information will be put on the noticeboard early September together with entry forms.

CHAMPIONSHIP DRAWS 2023-24 SEASON –
Hi All, thank you for entering the singles championships. We would be grateful if entry fees are paid at the same time, or close to the same time, that you lodge your entries. We don’t guarantee to always chase up late payments, in which case you will be left off the draw. Copies of the draws are on the noticeboard and on the links below.
Dress code is uniform for R1 and finals in all championships, including for markers. NOTE: MARKERS & PLAYERS BE AWARE – WE ARE ADOPTING THE REGIONAL AND STATE CONVENTION THAT PLAYERS MAY NOT APPROACH THE HEAD UNTIL BOTH PLAYERS HAVE DELIVERED THEIR 2ND BOWL. WE HOPE THIS WILL KEEP PLAY MOVING

Entry forms for the first championships will be on the noticeboard by end Aug/beginning Sept 2022. Plastic deposit bags for championship entry fees are available below the entry forms.
1) Please mark your name on the entry form on the notice board
2) fill out the information slip in the plastic bag and enclose your payment
3) put the bag in the podium
4) If entering a team, please pay for the ENTIRE team and get the money back from the other players later. No individual payments please.
We prefer payment as above, but if you’re unable to get to the club, you may pay your championship event prior to closing date using EFT. It would be helpful if you can email me at jj.mackay@bigpond.com to let me know so I can put you on the entry form and watch for your payment coming through.
If you can get to the club but still prefer to pay EFT, please put your name on the entry form and fill out a plastic deposit slip with your name and event details, and mark that you are paying via EFT and place in the podium.
