VALE BRIAN BIRTHISEL

It is with great sadness that the Club advises members of the passing of our esteemed member Brian Birthisel who passed away on Friday 1st December 2023.

Brian was a Foundation Member of the Club and served in many positions including as a Board Member, Bar Manager and for many hours serving behind the bar.

In 2012, Brian was honoured with the Club’s highest accolade, Life Membership.

The Board of Directors, Committees and Members pass on their sincere condolences to Brian’s family at this difficult time.

Brian’s funeral will be held this Monday, 11th December 2023 at Le Pine Funerals Lilydale Chapel, 440 Maroondah Hwy, Lilydale at 10.00am. The service will also be live streamed (please see attached notice).
